Two years of refining what it is to be an Atrium beer. Two years of experimentation with our beloved NEIPA recipes and brewing techniques. To celebrate our second birthday we brewed a big, full-bodied DNEIPA built on a blend of our favorite hops, and classic Atrium grist, full of fluffy oats and a special variety of wheat. At 9% ABV, dry-hopped mid and post-fermentation with loads of Galaxy, Wakatu, Idaho 7, and Simcoe, this hop-saturated elixir comes at you with flavor components of pineapple, melon, resin, pine, and Juicy Fruit gum, balanced bitterness, a soft, creamy, whipped mouthfeel, and just enough booze to evoke that warm and fuzzy feeling of your second birthday party.
